Our return policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your items.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used. This includes (but is not limited to):
- Medical and rehabilitation products
- Personal care or hygiene items
- Custom or special-order products
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
How to request a return
To start a return, please contact our support team at info@rayihni.ae with the following details:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Photos (if the item is defective or damaged)
Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item).
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your product for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or defective items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@rayihni.ae with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
