Our Return Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your items.
Return eligibility: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used:
- Medical and rehabilitation products – cannot be restocked once opened.
- Personal care or hygiene items – due to health and safety regulations.
- Custom or special-order products – items made according to your specifications.
- Sale or clearance items – unless defective or damaged.
How to Request a Return
Follow these steps to start your return process:

- Provide the following details:
- Your order number.
- Item(s) you wish to return.
- Reason for return.
- Photos if the item is defective or damaged.
- Wait for instructions – our team reviews requests, usually within 24 hours.
- Ship the item back using a trackable service. Return shipping costs apply unless we are at fault.
- Receive your refund within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was:
- Received damaged or defective.
- Incorrect or not as described.
Recommendation: Use a trackable shipping service (for example, FedEx, DHL, or Smsa) to ensure safe delivery and proof of return. Keep your tracking number for reference.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- If approved: the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
- If rejected: we will inform you and explain the reason.
Important: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (for example, damaged or incorrect item).
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. However, you can:
- Return your product for a refund.
- Place a new order for the item you want.
This approach gives you flexibility to choose different products, sizes, or options without delay.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us as soon as possible.
Quick action required: Email support@rayihni.ae with your order number and clear photos of the damage. Include photos of the packaging and the item from multiple angles.
We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible. In these cases, return shipping will be covered by us.
