Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. During high-volume periods (such as sales or public holidays), processing may take a little longer.

Processing timeline: Saturday–Thursday, 10 AM–6 PM GST (closed Fridays). Weekend orders are processed on the next business day.

Standard Shipping Within UAE

We offer Standard Shipping as our primary service for all UAE deliveries:

  • Delivery time: 2–4 working days from dispatch.
  • Coverage: All UAE addresses (Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain).
  • Cost-efficient: Affordable, reliable shipping with professional carriers.
  • Tracking: Real-time tracking provided for all shipments.

Standard only: For optimal cost efficiency and reliability, we offer Standard shipping as our primary service. For special requests or international inquiries, please contact our Global Support team via WhatsApp or phone.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on several factors:

  • Delivery address (urban vs remote locations within UAE).
  • Weight and dimensions (package size and mass).
  • Order value (free shipping may apply on orders over certain amounts).

Transparent pricing: Final shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete payment. There are no hidden fees.

Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, we will email you:

  • Your tracking number.
  • Carrier details.
  • A link to the carrier tracking page.

Track your shipment: Use the tracking number on the carrier's website to follow your package in real time. You can also check status in your Rayihni account under “Orders.”

Tip: Save your tracking number and carrier name in case any issues arise during transit.

Delays and Exceptions

While we strive for on-time delivery, delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as:

  • Carrier issues (traffic, vehicle breakdown, or internal delays).
  • Weather conditions affecting logistics.
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters or emergencies).
  • Processing delays during peak seasons or holidays.

Our response: If your shipment is delayed beyond standard timelines, contact us. We will work with the carrier to locate your package and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, has missing items, or you believe it is lost in transit:

  1. Contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp.
  2. Provide details:
    • Your order number.
    • Your tracking number.
    • Clear photos of any damage (packaging and items).
    • A brief description of the issue.
  3. We will investigate the issue with the carrier.
  4. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Important: Take photos immediately upon delivery if you notice damage. This helps us file claims with the carrier and speed up your resolution.

Change of Address

Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing your order. Address changes after dispatch are often not possible.

If you need to change the address: Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order, and preferably before it ships:

Timing: Once a package is dispatched, address changes are rarely possible. Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order for the best chance of updating details.
