Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. During high-volume periods (sales, public holidays) processing may take a little longer.

Shipping methods & transit times

We offer different shipping options at checkout. Estimated delivery times are below:

  • Express (within UAE) — typically 1–3 business days from dispatch (where available).
  • GCC shipping — available to selected GCC countries; delivery times vary by destination and carrier.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on the delivery address, weight/size of your order, and the shipping method selected. Final shipping charges are shown at checkout before you complete payment.

Tracking your order

When your order ships we will email you a tracking number and carrier details. Use that tracking number on the carrier’s website or on our order tracking page to follow your shipment.

Customs, duties & taxes

For shipments outside the UAE, customs duties, import taxes or fees may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated. Please check your local customs rules for details.

Delays & exceptions

Delivery time estimates are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to customs, carrier issues, weather, or other unforeseen events. If your shipment is delayed, contact us and we will work with the carrier to locate and resolve the issue.

Lost or damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged or you believe it is lost in transit, please email info@rayihni.ae with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will investigate and advise on the next steps.

Change of address
